Everyone who is starting this amazing skill or looking to join a new pole dancing and pole fitness studio will have some questions. It’s my first pole lesson, what do I wear?

Shorts or leggings, but ideally above the knee or that can be pulled up. T-shirt or sports bra, something you’re comfortable wearing.

I have no upper body strength, can I join?

Absolutely, we all started somewhere.

I am worried I am too big for pole dancing, could I still learn?

Yes! We cater to everyone, and we style each lesson to your ability regardless of size or fitness.

What’s the class size?

We have 6 poles and a maximum of 2 people per pole.

Are men allowed to have lessons?

Yes, most men are more comfortable with a private lesson first.

If you are uncomfortable with the small possibility of men in your class, feel free to e-mail us first and I’ll let you know if any are booking in for that day.

Can my partner watch but not take part?

Not in an open lesson, but by all means in a 1-2-1 lesson.

Can under 18’s take part?

Unfortunately not as we are at an over 18’s venture.
